If you are charging broker points, you must prepare your own GFE. If Certified Funding is going to prepare the 2nd lien GFE, we need the following from you:
(1) Remember: 2nd lien fees CAN NOT be included on the 1st Lien GFE or 1003!
(2) 1st lien combined 1003, 1st lien GFE, 1008, & signed submission sheet ONLY!.
